Mandatory annual report for Child Sex Offenders

To comply with your reporting obligations under the Child Sex Offender Registration Act (2006), you are required to fulfill your reporting requirements by completing the electronic reporting form below.
Overview

As a Registrable Offender, you are required to complete an annual report within a strict timeframe. The annual report is a guided step-by-step online form. You must complete all sections of the form, certify that the information you have provided is complete and accurate, and submit the form to Australian National Child Offender Register (ANCOR) for processing.

Failure to comply with the reporting obligations or furnishing false or misleading information may result in serious penalties, including a fine and/or imprisonment.
What you'll need
You will need to be prepared to provide the following:
- Details from one identity document,
- Personal details, aliases, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses,
- Descriptions of tattoos and/or any marks, scars and amputations,
- Technology account details including any internet service providers, social media and gaming accounts in use,
- Information about current employment (paid or non-paid) and/or training being undertaken,
- Information about any vehicles you own or drive,
- Details of any child who generally resides in the same household and details of any child who you may have reportable contact with during the next 12-month period,
- Affiliations with clubs or organisations that have child membership or child participation in their activities, and
- Any child sex offences committed in another jurisdiction and/or if you are subject to a corresponding child sex offender register.

For security of data, each online session ends automatically after 2 hours of inactivity after which you can resume your draft report via the link provided in the email from ANCOR. Draft reports will be deleted after 4 weeks.

What happens next
After you have submitted your annual report, you will receive a copy of your report as well as copy of your reporting obligations. ANCOR will review your report and be in contact as needed.
